Bridges Health & Community Care Ltd. (BHCC) is a purpose-driven, community-based organisation delivering life-changing programs across regional and rural Queensland. Since 1997, we've helped thousands of people navigate mental illness, addiction, disadvantage and complex needs - moving from isolation to connection, from stigma to purpose.

We offer a wide range of services, including:

  • Mental health, drug & alcohol, and counselling support
  • Youth, justice and family-focused programs
  • NDIS services and disability supports
  • Innovative initiatives like BridgeWorx and the Mind-Life project

Our work is grounded in recovery-oriented practice, “No Wrong Door” principles, and a deep commitment to lived experience, cultural respect and inclusion. We are proud to be launching the Staying on Track program — and we’re looking for passionate people to help lead the way.
